This was our first time doing physiotherapy. Both of our physiotherapists (RJ and Zi Lin - aka June) were informative, compassionate, professional, and helped us with our individual issues. They did a free and thorough assessment for both of us. We decided to proceed with a same day treatment. They really took their time with us and explained what they were doing, which helped us learn about proper alignment and what is happening in our muscles and joints. After the treatments, they taught us how to do individualized exercises to do at home. Even after we left the center they have been helpful in their communication and sent videos on exercises when we asked them. We have already signed up for future treatments and look forward to having time with them to fix our issues, alleviate or prevent pain, gain mobility, and to help us move towards greater health.
